Fly to Lukla (2,860m), Trek to Paiya (2,730m)
- Scenic 30-min mountain flight to Lukla
- Trek through lush forest and small villages
- Reach Paiya in 4–5 hours
Day 03 :
Trek to Panggom (2,846m)
- Cross small bridges and ridges
- Ascend through rhododendron forests
- Reach the quiet village of Panggom (5–6 hrs)
Day 04 :
Trek to Ramailo Danda (3,276m)
- Walk past terraced farms and yak pastures
- Gradual uphill trek with Himalayan views

Day 05 :
Trek to Chhatra Khola (3,150m)

Day 11 :
Trek to Thuli Kharka (4,300m)

Cross Zatrwa La (4,600m), Trek to Lukla (2,860m)
- Cross scenic high pass – Zatrwa La
- Long descent to Lukla (7–8 hrs)
